Recharge your spirit and reconnect with your body and nature at the “Wholeness & Wellness Weekend.” This immersive retreat offers a unique opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and embrace a weekend dedicated to self-discovery, refreshment, and rejuvenation.

Event Overview:

The theme for this year’s retreat, “Sense & Sensuality,” invites you to experience the fullness of being through your senses and bodily awareness. In a world often dominated by mental activity, this weekend encourages you to move beyond the cerebral and reconnect with the joy of living in a body.

Highlights:

• Somatic Practices: Enjoy a variety of sessions designed to help you reconnect with your physical self, including yoga, mindful movement, dance, and drumming. These practices are aimed at refreshing your body and spirit while promoting deep relaxation.

• Creative Expression: Engage in activities that stimulate your creativity and self-expression, from art and storytelling to mindful eating and hands-on workshops. Explore new ways to experience and express yourself in a supportive, spirit-centered environment.

• Wellness Treatments: Treat yourself to optional wellness services such as massage and acupuncture, designed to promote relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.

• Community and Connection: Participate in a “potluck” style approach where various hosts lead diverse sessions, allowing you to choose activities that resonate with you. This format fosters a rich tapestry of experiences and connections among participants.

• Family-Friendly: Kids are welcome! We offer childcare for infants through first grade children and mini-camp experiences led by summer camp counselors for children in 2nd through 7th grade (with a small additional fee). Older children can join workshops with their parents, making this a truly inclusive event for the whole family.

• Special Community Concert Open to the Public: This year, we are thrilled to partner with The Black Rose Acoustic Society for a community concert. Your ticket to Wholeness & Wellness includes entrance to this vibrant musical event. Tickets are $15 to the general public, sold at the door.

• Scholarships and Tiered Pricing: Do not let cost deter you from attending! We have options for EVERY budget. You can register to save your spot for only $50.
